Damages and issues
If your products arrived damaged you must take clear photographs showing the damages and send them to us within 24 hours of receiving your order - we will then get back to you with a decision and refund you.
If your order arrives and there is an item missing, please take a clear photograph of what you have received along with the packaging box and contact us, we will then get back to you within 24 hours. If we believe the missing item was a picking mistake we will refund you for it. We do not send out any missing items, so a refund will be issued.
If you have not received your order, please contact us within 4 weeks of the date of ordering the product. If you contact us outside of this time frame, the order will not be resent and no refunds will be given.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the personalised nature of the items we are unable to accept returns. If we have made an error with your order let us know and we will get this resolved asap.
Address changes
Please ensure you provide the correct address details at time of purchase. Where possible we can amend the address if required, but once the order has been picked we are unable to change or update the address.
If returned to us due to an address error, a reshipping charge will be applied to cover the cost of resending the order or a refund will be applied excluding the original shipping charges.
